The check-in process was incredibly frustrating. Furthermore, the bed was uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I expected much better for the price we paid.

Breakfast consisted of basic offerings, mainly pastries and fruit, but it sufficed for a quick meal.
